Employment

What It’s All About:

While the title reads Account Executive, we’re really on the hunt for what we like to call an ‘account whisperer’ — someone who has an innate sense for anticipating customer needs.

You can both see the big picture and also revel in the details of customer accounts, managing projects and delivering multiple products on schedule and on budget. You’re a go-getter with an unparalleled knack for seamlessly communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and the rest of the team at Villanti.

In this role, you will use your account management savvy and product intelligence to educate our customers on the best print, mail and fulfillment options available to them, then guide them through the printing process, from planning to delivering custom products made with the finest craftsmanship.

And, just as Robert Redford’s character in “The Horse Whisperer” had an extraordinary gift for understanding horses, you have the same gift for understanding clients (aka: humans). You’ll build positive, meaningful relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met, goals are reached, and their loyalty is solidified for years to come.

What You Will Do (list includes, but is not limited to):

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the customer and Villanti Printers:
    • Communicate, coordinate, and facilitate jobs, plant tours and press checks
    • Provide accurate estimates and create purchase orders; review and update specifications or special instructions of each job
    • Ensure materials and job components are available and delivered on-time
    • Request any changes needed, send final proofs to customer for review, and perform quality assurance on all final products
  • Collaborating with the internal Villanti team:
    • Coordinate the status of jobs, unique circumstances, and set production deadlines with Job Control and Production Management
    • Effectively communicate strategic plans to the production team
    • Work with the finance department on the timely purchasing of paper and other inventory as needed
  • Selecting, negotiating, and coordinating purchases with third party vendors

Intellectually, You Have The Following Abilities:

  • Prioritize, multi-task, and manage several projects at various stages
  • Read and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Work effectively under pressure within a fast paced environment
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Review and enter data into computer and electronic time clock systems
  • Regularly exercise safe, independent judgment and discretion
