Villanti Printers is excited to announce the addition of a new digital press to our family.

On December 30, just in time to start the new year off right, we installed a fresh-from-the-factory Xerox Color 1000 Digital Press in our ever-evolving Milton, Vermont, facility.

The Xerox 1000 produces remarkably crisp, immersive, and high-impact images for both high-volume and short-run jobs. Which sounds really good. But to further expand our digital printing capabilities and whet your creative appetite, we added an optional clear dry ink (varnish) station to apply eye-catching spot or flood effects, resulting in prints that burst with life and pop from the page. We all love pretty pictures, but our new digital press is a workhorse, too. It can handle a wide variety of papers and substrates up to 16 pt., including lightweight and heavyweight stocks from 55 to 350 GSM (15 lb. bond to 130 lb. cover), with sizes ranging from 7.2" x 7.2" (182 mm x 182 mm) to 13" x 19.2" (330 mm x 488 mm). The Xerox 1000 also offers inline collating, three-hole punching, and stapling. Add to that our full bindery and mailing equipment, and the creative print and production possibilities are nearly limitless.
